Garlic Powder, 1 Tablespoon

Oregano, 1 Tablespoon

Bloody Mary Mix, 2 Cups

Butter, 2 Tablespoons

Tomato Paste, 6 ounces (this was not in the original PW recipe…but I added it because I like my chili thick)

DIRECTIONS:

Add the butter, onions and celery to sweat.  Then add the meat and spices until brown. Add all other ingredients, let cook for at least 25 minutes.

Thick and rich and wonderful

This isn’t one of my own personal recipes….but boy is it good!  I saw this on the Pioneer Woman, and it looked sooo delicious I just had to try it, and so glad that I did.

More than pleasantly surprised with the results…it is amazing and I will definitely keep making it!

I made Jiffy corn bread to accompany it…I just love this little box of cornbread that has been around for such a very long time.

It is so simple and quick to make, and always turns out delicious.

I like to put a piece of cornbread in the bowl first and then cover it with Chili.
