A quick and easy recipe using Bloody Mary Juice mix.
INGREDIENTS:
Celery 4 stalks, diced
Onion 1, Diced
Ground Meat, 3 pounds
Chili Beans Canned, 2
Chili Powder, 1 Tablespoon
Cumin Powder, 1 Tablespoon
Garlic Powder, 1 Tablespoon
Oregano, 1 Tablespoon
Tabasco, 1 Tablespoon
Worcestershire Sauce, 1 Tablespoon
Bloody Mary Mix, 2 Cups
Butter, 2 Tablespoons
Tomato Paste, 6 ounces (this was not in the original PW recipe…but I added it because I like my chili thick)
DIRECTIONS:
Add the butter, onions and celery to sweat. Then add the meat and spices until brown. Add all other ingredients, let cook for at least 25 minutes.
Add two Tablespoons of butter into a large pot and then one onion diced and 4 stalks of celery diced.
The recipe calls for three pounds of ground chuck, but I doubled it and used 6.
Add the meat to the onions and celery and brown.
Add all the spices to the meat.
This is a thick meaty chili…more meat than beans.
Two Cups of Bloody Mary Mix

Thick and rich and wonderful
This isn’t one of my own personal recipes….but boy is it good! I saw this on the Pioneer Woman, and it looked sooo delicious I just had to try it, and so glad that I did.
More than pleasantly surprised with the results…it is amazing and I will definitely keep making it!
I made Jiffy corn bread to accompany it…I just love this little box of cornbread that has been around for such a very long time.
It is so simple and quick to make, and always turns out delicious.
