TACOS – CRISPY SHELLS and CRAB LEGS

Ingredients:

12 Corn Tortillas

1 Alaskan King Crab Claw

4 Tablespoons Oil

Directions:

Top with your favorite ingredients.

Fry each tortilla and fill with crab that has steamed in water for 12 minutes.

I very rarely get to have crab and when I do I sure don’t put it into a tortilla, but tonight was different and exactly what I wanted. So I bought one leg, steamed it and fried a tortilla. Topped it with all my favorite ingredients and my goodness was it perfection!


My husband enjoyed it too! Here is is holding one of the legs.

I used salsa, avocado, cilantro. radishes, tomato. white onion, bell pepper slices, cream sauce, hot sauce, lettuce and a little cheese.

Enjoy them any way you like!
